You know you’re in Russia when.. as much as I hated living there when I was in middle school I really learned to appreciate Russia over the last four years when I traveled there a few times. Architecture, culture, museums, theaters, vodka, the women, night life, the wonderfully beautiful women, amazing city planning and more gorgeous women.

I think Andrew Reynolds is the Albert Einstein of skateboarding. Both these men are of different careers but their obsession about their work is the core of their success. I could easily watch Reynolds footage all day long for a week straight and not get bored.
I’ve been a good boy lately. Less drinking, no women and getting school work done without procrastinating. Not that it has been an issue in the past as I get everything done on time and get 90ies and up but I feel like I have been focusing much better.
Thankfully I have my friends John, Sean, Cat, Chet, Jay and ‘Ye keeping me company with their wonderful music… and holy shit Ohio is hot as hell, even at 2 AM.. I just might take my third shower of the day before hitting the hay.
Hierarchy Study project I did that has been on display for the last couple of weeks. The boards below mine are of my classmate’s. As you can tell we have completely different styles, but I figured I’d crop out hers as she might not want her projects out there for the world to see.
Each layout has a different hierarchy as you can tell. We had to chose a lowercase letter and pick a typeface out of like 6 or 7. Mine was the lowercase Futura o.. maybe you can tell but I figured I’d mention it.
Working on two different projects right now, one being a movie pamphlet and the the other is a project on legibility. I am almost done with the movie dealio and have been brainstorming for the final project.
Should be pretty interesting.
Got a 12 pack with my friend M yesterday and went to some river. Sure, public drinking is considered a crime here but even a cop will understand that cracking a couple on a nice day by the river is no harm.
& we did NOT love behind the cans.
PS: In about 12 months I will become a two-time college graduate with two completely different degrees. Kind of excited.

Supreme Idiots
So I do like Supreme and what they have done for the “street wear game” sure is respectable. Quality products combine with simplicity. Then Tyler, the Creator and his crew showed up decked in ‘preme. I’m a fan of OFWG but sure as hell not a fan of these morons who ride the fucking train. I am certain that most of these kids didn’t even know of Supreme or 5 panels before Tyler released Yonkers.
Hypebeast kids ruined fashion. I could write a paper on this shit, but I choose not to.
